Job Advertisement: Store Manager for Jewelry Boutique
Location: Amsterdam
Salary: €45000 per year
Are you passionate about jewelry and have a knack for leading a team We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our clients charming jewelry boutique in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain inventory and ensure a wellorganized display of merchandise
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager preferably in retail
- Background in jewelry sales is a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make informed decisions
- English and Dutch fluency is a must
