GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for a DirectHire 100% onsite role in Castle Rock CO. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Product Manager to lead the development of cuttingedge aircraft performance solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our client's industryleading product offerings driving innovation and ensuring they stay ahead of the competition.

As a Product Manager your responsibilities will center on strategic planning crossfunctional collaboration and identifying growth opportunities that align with business objectives and maximize efficiency. Your role will include:

• Translating product vision into detailed specifications user stories and prototypes.
• Collaborating closely with engineering design and QA teams to deliver highquality products on time.
• Prioritizing features and resolving bugs based on market demand and business impact.
• Creating and managing detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Leading crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless product launches and market entry.
• Analyzing product performance metrics and utilizing datadriven insights for continuous improvement.
• Proactively communicating updates potential risks and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Regularly presenting product updates metrics and strategic recommendations to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Software Product Management

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Project Management
  • Creating and managing detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

HIGHLY DESIRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

• Business Marketing Engineering or related degree (MBA desired).
• PMP or CSM
