Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 12

Shift Notes: 7:00P 7:00A (12 Hour Nights) / No Call / Every Other Weekend (34.5hour guarantee) ** NO Christmas RTO!!

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

OnCall Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction for ONLY 113week contract)

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/LPN the CNA assists with nursing care for pediatric adolescent and Adult/Geriatric patients/residents participates in patient/resident and family teaching and works in cooperation with ancillary nursing staff to maintain the standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• 2 Years of CNA Experience Required
• Travel Highly Preferred

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• State Licensure/Certifications Required (MI License & BLS)

• BLS (AHA)
