Technical Writer / Project Coordinator

*Candidates must be able to be hired directly by the agency without sponsorship
*Candidates will be required to attend monthly meetings onsite in Richmond and on an AS NEEDED basis when requested by the Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Technical Writer / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dual role you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation while coordinating project timelines and resources to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Writing:

  • Develop write and maintain highquality technical documentation including user manuals process guides and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation templates and standards to improve efficiency and quality.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings prepare agendas and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and status reports.
