Preferred Education/Experience
A bachelor or higher degree in engineering or construction management is required.
Fifteen years of construction and engineering experience directly related to general field administration on significant water infrastructure construction projects is required. Ten years of the experience must be in responsible construction administration assignments involving independent construction and general office engineering decisions on international infrastructure projects.
Additional Requirements
Evidence of good potential growth shown by satisfactory performance in past positions
Proficiency in applying advanced construction management techniques and the ability to plan, organize and supervise the construction administration work of one or more construction projects. Capable of adapting to demanding project conditions
Ability to adapt to new situations and to react objectively and expeditiously to critical and emergency construction operation engineering problems
Effective oral and written communication skills. Computer literate.
