Chief Operating Officer

• Develop and execute strategic business plans in line with the Group s vision and mission.
  
• Establish and implement short and longterm organizational goals objectives strategic plans policies and operating procedures.
  
• Ensure the smooth management of the Company and its subsidiaries so as to achieve the Group s business objectives.
  
• Responsible for strategic development of the Group and provide direction for business expansion and penetration into new markets.
  
• Responsible for spearheading new ventures or projects.
  
• Provides strong leadership and development to the team to ensure that strong working relationships are developed to achieve cohesive and aligned focus on business.
  

Requirements

• Possesses at least a Bachelor s Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration or Food Technology or its equivalent.
  
• At least 10 years of related working experience in senior position preferably in the food industry and FMCG with exposure to production process quality control requirements and marketing.
  
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven track records in strategic development of new businesses.
  
• Committed dynamic highly resultsoriented with strong business acumen.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong leadership capabilities with the vision to lead the Group to greater profits and success.
  
• Willing to travel particularly frequent visits within Malaysia & Overseas.
