Role Overview:
The Community Relations Specialist will enhance our webinars participant engagement customer support community management and sales support. This role fosters an active and connected community while ensuring seamless webinar execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Setup & Management:
- Set up and manage webinars ensuring smooth execution and active participant engagement.
Participant Engagement:
- Interact with attendees during webinars provide realtime support and maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
Customer Support & CheckIns:
- Regularly check in with customers on their fulfillment journey addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team by preparing call lists for followups and ensuring leads are managed postwebinar.
- Manage the tracking sheets for the entire sales process
- Set up appointments for physical or virtual Zoom sessions for the clients and trainers.
- Provide reminders for clients to participate in the virtual Zoom sessions.
Community Management:
- Foster a positive and active community environment through engagement across various platforms including social media and customer communication channels.
Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage and build strong relationships with clients and customers. Must have excellent command of English both written and spoken as the clientele is international.
- Proactive Mindset: A solutionoriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs proactively address issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Technical Skill Set: Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail Google Docs Google Sheets Google Drive) is required.

- Increased Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high energy levels during webinars and delivering a seamless customer experience across all platforms. Gather positive feedback and reviews postwebinar.
- Active and Engaged Community: Build and maintain an active community with consistent participation across various channels (e.g. webinars and social media communities). Ensure community members are wellsupported and engaged contributing to retention and longterm success.
- Timely Webinars & Event Execution: Ensure smooth and timely execution of all webinars and events with minimal disruptions. Demonstrate the ability to handle lastminute adjustments and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Effective Sales Support: Contribute to the sales process by preparing accurate call lists and assisting in postwebinar followups helping drive conversions and business growth.
- Efficient Customer CheckIns & FollowUps: Maintain regular communication with customers ensuring they are on track with their fulfillment journey and any concerns are addressed on time.
- Seamless Project Coordination: Work crossdepartmentally to manage projects efficiently ensuring smooth collaboration between teams (e.g. marketing fulfillment and sales) and timely resolution of any issues.
Scheduling Requirements:
Default working hours are 9 AM6 PM if there are no events.
However the contractor should be semiflexible. If there are events it is expected that the contractor is required to adjust the start and end times of their usual workday based on the timing of events and webinars.
OddNumbered Weeks:
- Fulfillment Events: Held in the morning events start around 8:00 AM.
EvenNumbered Weeks:
- Fulfillment Events: Held in the evening events end around 9:30 PM.
Once Every Two Weeks:
- R 4 Pain Recovery Webclass: Wednesday 7:30PM10PM
- Ask Me Anything Sessions: Friday 12:30PM 1:30PM
Skills and Abilities: You must possess strong written and verbal English communication skills. Must be a High Energy Go-Getter. Hunger for Growth (professionally and financially). Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and prioritize. Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance to senior management. Expertise in using different email marketing platforms. Proven experience in designing and executing email drip campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for customer relationship management, inbound marketing, and sales tracking. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective inbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads. Strong experience in lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the marketing and sales funnel. Skilled in calculating and optimizing ROAS for various marketing channels to ensure maximum profitability. Experience required: +8 years of professional experience from Digital Marketing and B2B Demand Generation. Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or another relevant field. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Highly analytical and data driven. Journey design & management. Experience in an advertising/marketing agency environment is essential. Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism. Proven experience in working within the SEA market. BIG PLUS if you have an understanding of working in the United States and/or European markets. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit. Cantonese speaking will be a plus point.
