Process Improvement & Standardisation
Assist in identifying inefficiencies within processes and propose solutions to eliminate waste.
Support the design documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational workflows.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with teams across various functions to ensure that process improvements align with business objectives.
Support the tracking of key metrics to assess the impact of improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Support
Contribute to the development of Balanced Scorecard metrics to evaluate performance.
Help manage performance data and use insights to identify areas for further improvement.
Stakeholder Support
Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on the status of improvement initiatives.
Ensure the smooth integration of process changes by supporting stakeholders in adopting new processes and tools.
Qualifications :
24 years of experience in process improvement or operations focusing on Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for driving efficiency.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.
Proven ability to analyse large datasets using data analysis tools such as SQL Excel Python or similar.
Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to report on key performance metrics and identify trends.
Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive insights and inform decisionmaking processes.
