We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Administrator to join our team. The Leasing Administrator will play a vital role in managing lease agreements, tenant relations, and property documentation. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure smooth leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lease Management:
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all leasing documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as needed.

Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in addressing tenant requests and issues promptly, fostering a positive living or working environment.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and the return of security deposits.

Financial Administration:
- Process rent payments and ensure timely collection of fees.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, including late fees and adjustments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to leasing activity, occupancy rates, and revenue projections.

Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal leasing regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of property audits and inspections.

Marketing and Advertising:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective leasing strategies and promotional materials.
- Assist in conducting property showings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain online property listings and respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing administration or property management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
