Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse(RN) MedicalSurgical
Start Date: 10/24/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lima OH 45804
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12
Shift Notes: 12 Hour Nights (36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: 6weekend shifts per 6week schedule period
OnCall Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
Specific Policies:
- Multipliers No increased rate for OT Holiday and CallBack
- Orientation Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
- Call Policy On Call paid out at $2 per hour with 1 Hour Minimum
- 1 Year NIH Certification Link:
Preparing administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings inserting catheters and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications promptly.
Submission Requirements- At least 1 year of experience Required
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred

- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH)
