We are seeking a Jira Admin/Jira Architect to handle daytoday administration tasks and contribute to architectural planning and system improvements for Jira at Larsen & Toubro (L/T).
Position:Jira Admin/Jira Architect responsible for managing Jira user groups handling admin tasks scripting and guiding architectural changes within the Atlassian product ecosystem.
Responsibilities:- Perform user management (user groups product licenses etc.)
- Manage Jira workflows custom fields screen schemes roles and permissions
- Automate tasks with Script Runner or Groovy scripts
- Collaborate on highlevel architectural changes for the Atlassian system
- Conduct knowledge transfers and training sessions
- Evaluate and recommend additional Atlassian products
- Optionally create PowerBI dashboards and manage Jira/Confluence migrations
- Ensure system scalability for large user bases (1000 users)
- Meet deadlines SLAs and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime
- Support team and customers with ongoing Jira needs
- Experience:
- Jira user management and general admin tasks (workflows roles permissions)
- Scripting experience (Script Runner Groovy scripts)
- Knowledge of Atlassian products and architecture
- Preferred:
- Experience with PowerBI Jira migrations SSO setup and Advanced Roadmaps
- Experience managing large Jira instances (1000 users)
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver SLAbased services
