Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst
Fremont CA Hybrid 3 days onsite
Supply Chain Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Solid hands on experience in Source to Settle (S25) processes e.g. Material Requirement Planning
- RFQ forecasting PO Management Consignment Subcontracting and Supplier Collaboration Capacity planning and Constraints Inbound logistics Costing and Supplier invoicing.
- Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis
- Solid hands on experience in end to end Prrocure to Pay processes e.g. master data RFQ forecasting
- source determination MRP Inventory strategies (safety stock consignment replenishment rebalancing etc.)
- Subcontracting Purchase order (PO) management
- Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning Fulfillment Manufacturing Logistics Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
- Partners closely with business partners systems analysts development architecture and project teams to
- facilitate optimal solution design and delivery
- Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document develop and own requirements traceability matrix
- Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
- Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
- Design (Blueprint and Spec)
- Develop (Technical Spec Prototyping Configuration and Unit testing)
- Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
- Training/Documentation
- Deploy (Cutover Go Live)
- Run (Post mortem Hypercare)
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Provide end user support during hyper care
- Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers risks and scope creep
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years overall SAP experience with 5 years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM PP).
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms.
- Have worked in multiple endtoend implementation projects that included: Analysis design configurationdevelopment build test and deployment including training and data conversion.
- Strong problem solving analytical/critical thinking oral/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction
Additional Qualifications:
- Conversion experience from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 and other applications a plus
- Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.
