Position: Closing Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
The Closing Manager plays a crucial role in finalizing sales transactions within the real estate sector (focusing on open plots and villas) or the insurance and loan sectors. This role requires a skilled professional with 2 to 10 years of push sales experience adept in negotiating closing highvalue deals and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in managing the closing process addressing client concerns and collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth transaction. The ideal candidate would be required to make a few sales by themselves to be eligible to go ahead and take up the mantle of closure managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Management:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Oversee and manage the closing process for sales in real estate (open plots and villas) and nbsp;
and nbsp; and nbsp; Ensure all aspects of the sale are completed efficiently from final negotiations to closing with the payment milestones confirmed and signed off from the customer. The initial token or booking amount received at the time of closure.
2. Client Interaction:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Act as the primary contact for clients during the closing phase addressing any final concerns queries and negotiate the terms mutually acceptable by customer and company to secure the deal.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Deliver exceptional customer service and handle query resolution with ease ensuring a seamless experience for the client throughout the closing process.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Prepare review and finalize all necessary documentation including price sheets payment plans and amp; milestones. .
and nbsp; and nbsp; Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements working with Legal and Liaison teams as needed.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Work closely with various departments (sales marketing legal finance) to ensure all elements of the closing process are executed accurately and timely.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Manage financial transactions including the collection of payments and deposits ensuring in time payment collections.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Maintain detailed records of all closed transactions and generate regular reports on performance metrics and closing success rates.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Analyze data to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance closing strategies.
6. ProblemSolving:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Address and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during the closing process.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Implement effective solutions to streamline the closing process and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2 to 10 years of experience in a closing role with a focus on push sales in real estate or insurance and loans.
Indepth knowledge of sales processes negotiation tactics and closing techniques.
Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with open plots and villa sales in the real estate sector or insurance and loan products.
Familiarity with industryspecific regulations and compliance standards.
