We at LANIT 24 (Germany) are currently looking for Senior DevOps Engineer for
Poland ( Warsaw )
Start: ASAP
Full time (MonFri/40 hour )
We are looking for a smart and knowledgeable DevOps Engineer to be a part of our team. You should be able to perform software integrations as well as fix code bugs. Besides you should also be able to set up new infrastructure automation and developmental tools. A candidate with excellent technical skills and an eye for detail will be considered.
As a DevOps Engineer you should have complete knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles. Moreover you should also be familiar with various programming languages and databases. You should also be able to review and provide an update on execution and completion of various projects.
To be able to perform in this job role you should have excellent technical skills and a detailoriented approach. Furthermore you should be able to work independently as well in coordination with your team members. Your ability to provide excellent customer experience by developing functional systems will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms and environments.
- Transform partially dockized monolithic application to fully containerized Kubernetes environment as microservices.
- Work as a part of a crossfunctional product team to identify and implement automation opportunities in the test build and deployment process.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and security.
- Monitor systems services and infrastructure for performance and health proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Optimize developer experience by migrating environments to AWS Cloud with focus on Kubernetes configuration and provisioning.
- Collaborate with teams for daily improvement of developer experience.
- Implement and maintain tools to support development workflows and productivity.
- Active selfstarting participation and creation of engineering standards and automation improvements
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer DevOps Architect or a similar role in the IT and Development industry
- Complete knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles
- Understanding of programming languages such as Ruby Python Java and Perl
- Familiarity with team management source control and integration tools
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Bitbucket Artifactory SonarQube or similar.
- Expertlevel experience in Docker and Kubernetes (4 years of experience).
- Expertlevel knowledge of AWS cloud (4 years demonstrated experience; certification would be a plus)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Proficiency in shell scripting languages such as Bash Python.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
- Familiar with how modern web applications work and scale.
- Experience in moving monolith to microservices is a huge plus.
- Experience in Big Data technologies such as Kafka Flink Airflow Spark is plus.
- Understanding of DevX concepts and optimizing developer experience with tools like Okteto is a plus.
- This is a hybrid role you will be expected to work from Warsaw Office up to 3 days a week.
