Job Description
Responsible for the design development and application operation of (cloudbased) IT services. This includes both the development quality assurance and maintenance of software developed internally by client as well as the commissioning and customization of standard software.
Definition and Monitoring of Compliance with DemandOriented SLAs / OLAs and KPIs.
Responsible for the process and design of how requirement analyses and evaluations of new requirements should be conducted regularly reviews this and adjusts as necessary.
Contributes to the system architecture to ensure optimal use of the provided operational platform and cloud services.
Acts as a point of contact for the relevant application landscape and is externally present. Approaches new tasks and challenges proactively and solutionoriented.
Promotes knowledge transfer and dissemination through appropriate documentation and sharing (within the company) trains new colleagues and supports their development.
Qualifications :
Completed technical degree or completed training with a high technical understanding or corresponding professional experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
English and Polish (C1)
At least 1 qualification including certification in the field of DevOps
Recommended: ITIL4 certification or in a comparable methodology
K8s good knowledge
Observability strong knowledge (observability seeks improvements)
Grafana OpenSearch Prometheus
