Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their sales operations in Indonesia for a multinational consumer products company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales performance managing large teams and developing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets across all channels.
• Manage and lead a sales team fostering a highperformance culture with a focus on coaching training and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing finance and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
• Report sales performance market conditions and forecasts to the regional and global leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• 810 years of sales experience in the FMCG or consumer products industry with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working within multinational companies is essential.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia’s market landscape and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
