Job Description
1. Employee Development:
- Design and implement employee development programs that align with the organization s goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews track employee growth and provide actionable feedback.
- Identify and map employee skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs.
2. Performance Management:
- Manage the performance appraisal process ensuring timely completion of reviews and feedback sessions.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics ensuring that performance evaluations are fair and objective.
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop review and update HR policies related to employee development performance management and welfare.
- Ensure that all HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and are communicated effectively to staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and ensure policies are understood and followed.
4. Employee Welfare and Benefits:
- Oversee employee welfare programs including mediclaim insurance and other health benefits.
- Address employee concerns related to welfare wellbeing and benefits ensuring a prompt resolution.
5. Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Organize employee engagement activities that foster a positive work culture.
- Develop strategies to increase employee satisfaction and retention based on feedback and surveys.
- Monitor employee morale and provide solutions to resolve concerns and improve the overall workplace environment.
6. Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare reports on employee development performance metrics and engagement levels.
- Track key metrics such as retention rates performance improvement and employee satisfaction.
- Provide datadriven insights to HR leadership for continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- MBA is a plus
- Good knowledge with Excel
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
