Requirements
- Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to sell life insurance products.
- Product Knowledge: Explain various life insurance plans policies and benefits to customers clearly and concisely.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable life insurance plans.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing sales and crossselling/upselling insurance products.
- Followups: Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads consistently until closure.
- CRM Management: Record all customer interactions in CRM software ensuring uptodate and accurate information.
- Handling Objections: Address customer queries objections and concerns regarding products and help them make informed decisions.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines when discussing insurance products and services with customers.
- Renewals & Customer Retention: Assist with policy renewals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
