Responsibilities
- Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.
- Clear customs for imported goods through customs brokerage.
- Consolidate or deconsolidate goods when necessary.
- Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely ground transportation delivery.
- Track delivery status and communicate information to applicable parties.
- Handle accounting tasks (AP/AR/closing etc.).
- Input servicing information onto the internal system.
- Prepare and report service activities to Part/Team manager(s).
- Troubleshoot customers inquiries.
- Other adhoc projects as requested by management.

Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Korean preferred.
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge on MS office including excel and word
- Able to work as team
- Great communication skill
