You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Plumbing, pipes, fittings and sanatiryware company . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends
- Manage and mentor junior staff members
Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Proactively seek out new business prospects and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends and identify emerging opportunities that align with our business goals.
Work closely with other departments to devise integrated marketing and sales strategies that support overall business objectives.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Attend industry events and conferences to network, gain insights, and stay informed about the latest trends within the industry.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies
- Knowledge of the Bahraini/Saudi market and business environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
