Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Plumbing, pipes, fittings and sanatiryware company . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing and sales strategies

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends

- Manage and mentor junior staff members

  • Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.

  • Proactively seek out new business prospects and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends and identify emerging opportunities that align with our business goals.

  • Work closely with other departments to devise integrated marketing and sales strategies that support overall business objectives.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, gain insights, and stay informed about the latest trends within the industry.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.


Desired candidate profile

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales management

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies

- Knowledge of the Bahraini/Saudi market and business environment

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Strong leadership and mentorship skills

- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
