Right now, we’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Partner to join our global Marine team. As a Commercial Excellence Partner, you will play a key role in implementing commercial processes and sales excellence activities within the region.

Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to
- Actively work with and support the Regional Sales managers to reach their targets/ budgets through clear commercial processes, including facilitating pipeline processes with the sales team to help drive growth
- Facilitate performance reviews with country/regional managers
- Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & Power BI) usage
- See opportunities for improvement in commercial processes
- Develop win/loss analysis and use takeaways to shape the approach to new business opportunities and give recommendations to management
- Support Global ComEx team with the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and with in-country insights to improve understanding & decision making
- Lead ad-hoc strategic commercial projects
- Improving processes to improve business performance
- Setting a segmentation strategy aligned to the local market dynamics
- Ensuring the right customers are targeted with the appropriate frequency
- Working with the head of sales and the field force to profile customers
- Setting relevant KPIs to monitor sales team performance
This role to be based in Bahrain and reports into Commercial Excellence Manager.
Desired candidate profile
Furthermore, we expect that you have
- Graduate in Business or Econometrics/Data Science or any data heavy subject area
- Experience with project management tools – Miro, Trello, Power BI, CRM etc and excellent MS-Office skills to handle large date set analysis
- Behaves with high level of autonomy – identifies and challenges needs
- Ability to converse fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with, negotiate & inspire changes
- Phenomenal teammate, motivated , positive and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment
