Job Title: Licensed Civil Engineer
Location: Livermore CA (Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility)
Salary Range: $110000 $170000 (Realistic starting range: $130000 $140000)
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Duration: Full Time: Permanent
Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Livermore CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage civil engineering projects while actively contributing to the design process. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional in California with a strong background in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and is capable of running a team of engineers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead manage and oversee civil engineering projects ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget.
- Actively participate in the design process using AutoCAD and Civil 3D while mentoring junior engineers.
- Conduct site assessments prepare technical reports and provide expert guidance on project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients architects contractors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations and codes.
- Manage project timelines resources and team members to achieve project goals.
MUST HAVE:
- Licensed Professional Engineer in California
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Team management experience with the ability to lead and actively design using CAD
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to run a team.
- Indepth knowledge of relevant California codes and regulations.
