Job Description
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
Proven track record of leading successful Dynamics 365 CRM projects across various industries.
Technical Expertise:
Indepth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and its various modules (Sales Service Marketing Field Service).
Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps Power BI Power Automate) and related integrations.
Ability to translate complex business needs into CRM solutions.
Project Management Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
