Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth initiatives across companys services with a focus on Gen AI and CRM. This role requires strong knowledge and handson experience in CRM email marketing and/or Gen AI as well as a track record of success in program management or business development analyst roles.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies and proposals
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute gotomarket motions
- Coordinate support proofofconcept efforts to convert to ongoing engagements
- Engaging clients on regular basis to identify needs gather requirements manage issues
Salary: $a year
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business marketing analytics or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in CRM marketing and/or Gen AI in business development or business analyst or other operational roles
- Client facing experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketo Eloqua Adobe Campaign etc.
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the digital landscape is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth.
