As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition department you will have the opportunity to help lead the talent search for all departments by creating and owning recruiting processes sourcing and pipelining talent.

As our Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition department you will have the opportunity to help lead the talent search for all departments by creating and owning recruiting processes sourcing and pipelining talent.
Compensation:
- $70000 $80000 depending on experience
Daily Tasks:
- Conduct and attend initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain and update current job ads as the Firm expands and create job ads for new positions as needed.
- Utilize internal ATS and external job boards to source qualified candidates and manage job board posts.
- Screen potential candidates via Zoom and keep candidate statuses updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the interview process conducting inperson interviews and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Create and present offer letters negotiating offer terms with candidates.
Your Skills:
- At least 3 years of Recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with external job boards such as LinkedIn Zip Recruiter and Indeed.
- Familiarity with laws regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Office 365 software.
