Barista and Boba Tea Maker
Position Overview:
A Barista and Boba Tea Maker is responsible for creating highquality beverages including a variety of boba tea drinks while providing excellent customer service. This role involves drink preparation maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience :
Previous experience in a similar role as barista Including boba tea making.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
Skills :
- Skill set in making coffee variations Bobba tea variations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Customer Service :
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly interactions.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
Drink Preparation:
- Prepare and serve boba tea drinks coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage the cooking and preparation of boba pearls and other ingredients
- Ensure consistency in taste appearance and quality of all beverages
Work Environment Maintenance :
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including counters equipment and customer seating areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
