We are looking for a Tech Lead with 4 years of experience shipping products with an itch to leverage AI.
Tasks
- Designing and implementing scalable maintainable and efficient technical solutions in close collaboration with product managers and designers.
- Break down complex problems create detailed technical plans and provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality features maintain industry standards in the codebase and mentor junior engineers for their growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews offer constructive feedback and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and address technical debt implement efficiencyenhancing processes and foster innovation.

- Infrastructure: Kubernetes Docker AWS
Requirements
- 4 years of handson experience in building deploying and maintaining productiongrade services/applications.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams proficiency in backend languages (e.g. Python Node.js Django) and familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. React).
- Comfortable designing and implementing scalable architecture patterns to support business growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Handson experience building products on LLMs will be an added advantage.
- Passion for staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.
