Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and provide to the Board Directors (BDS) the competent Quality System documentation
  • Appoint all remaining Companys functions
  • Make known and support at all levels and for every function the Quality Policy the goals which will be achieved through the Quality Policy and all the interventions which will become necessary in order to improve the Quality System
  • Verify the correct application of the Quality System and the achievement of the Quality goals
  • Approve the plan and agenda of the internal quality inspective verifications and reassess the reports on verifications
  • Define the training plans
  • Establish the phenomena which need to be studied and about which the statistical research should be carried out

The Deputy General Manager Operations (GMO) has also the following tasks to:

  • Provide to the Board Directors (BDS) all the economic and commercial information
  • Provide to the Board Directors (BDS) the annual Production Report
  • Present to the Board Directors (BDS) the annual Account Statement
  • Make know forward and apply those that are the primary principle that distinguish PMP Group which have been at the base of the fasted grow and will be fount of guarantee for the future grow
  • Manage the relationships with the employees in cooperation with the Human Resources Manager (HRM)
  • Supervise the definition of the registers and procedures pertaining the safety at work
  • Keep the strategic management of the relations with banks and financial institutions for new investments in cooperation with the Accounting Manager (AC)
  • Manage the relations with the public entities
  • Define the lay outs of the company as well as the realization of the new production establishments
  • Define the need for new machinery and equipment and attend to their acquisition in cooperation with the Purchase Manager (AC)
  • Supervise the introduction and the development of the Companys IT system
  • Supervise the commercial activities with the analysis of the market tendencies and requests
  • Supervise the activities of evaluation selection and management of the suppliers
  • Supervise the purchasing activities and sign the Purchase Orders and the Purchase Agreements
  • Supervise the production activities
  • Supervise the accounting and sign the payment required
  • Candidate should have already a few years of experience as a plant manager. Preferably in automotive / construction equipment segment.
