Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Production Operator will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure the efficient and safe production of highquality products. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to production guidelines and specifications
- Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Perform regular maintenance on production machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience operating production machinery
- Strong understanding of production processes and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
