Job Description

Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator LATAM
Location: Remote (AEST/AEDT Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday rotating across a 7day roster 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a professional house cleaning service company operating across Australia committed to delivering highquality cleaning services and ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and cleaning teams.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a fulltime Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role combines scheduling account management and customer service functions serving as the primary point of contact for cleaning teams. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all bookings are efficiently igned and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ign jobs to cleaners promptly and efficiently.
  • Act as the account manager for cleaning teams resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and reschedule jobs between customers and cleaners as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cleaning teams.
  • Ensure that all scheduled bookings are properly igned and completed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management customer service or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a decisive nature.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational ss.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.

NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry or servicebased businesses.
  • Experience in conflict resolution or deescalation is a plus.

The role involves a rotating schedule with the following shifts:

*Shift 1: 8am 4pm
*Shift 2: 9am 5pm
*Shift 3: 10am 6pm

Days of operation will vary between the following options:

*Sunday to Thursday
*Monday to Friday
*Tuesday to Saturday
