Position: Customer Service Agent 3 Work hours: Saturday Wednesday;9am5pm EST (For the first week of training I would like the agent to work 9am5pm EST MondayFriday to properly shadow our team to set them up for success) Pay Range: $900 $1000/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to Customer Inquiries via Phone Email and Online Chat in A Timely and Professional Manner
Resolving Customer Complaints and Issues Quickly and Effectively
Providing Product and Service Information to Customers and Clients
Maintaining Accurate Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions
Proactively Identifying Opportunities to Improve Customer Experience and Satisfaction
Assisting with Client Onboarding and Training
Collaborating with Other Team Members to Achieve Organizational Goals
Requirements:
24 years of experience in a customer service role
English Proficient
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Familiar with CRM software (Zendesk) and can take a minimum of upwards 25 tickets an hour.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
