Qualifications
A minimum of 610 years of design and technical experience in an architectural office.
Bachelors Degree and/or Masters in Architecture from an accredited university/ program. Professional license a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and MS Office Suite required. Twinmotion experience a plus.
Thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
Wellversed in building systems and able to lead production of construction documents.
Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fastpaced environment with strong communication skills both orally and in writing
Supervise and manage work of project team members to provide direction organization and quality control reviews.
Strong organizational skills selfmotivated ability to achieve goals and deadlines.
Healthcare experience preferred though not required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship and be a current resident of the contiguous United States.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute all stages of complex architectural projects including programming design presentation drawings construction document specifications construction administration project management and client contact through project closeout.
Track project schedules budget and deliverable requirements
Provide interdisciplinary coordination with consultants and coordinate with AHJs to ensure project code compliance.
Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problemsolving skills on complex project types.
Work directly to maintain communication with the project team and Principals and lead and mentor junior team members.
