Job Title: MS Dynamics Architect

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect to lead a critical transformation project migrating a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing complex migrations deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and a thorough understanding of legacy systems. You will work closely with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth efficient and scalable migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of the migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Assess and analyze legacy system components to identify migration challenges data integrity concerns and technical limitations.
- Develop a comprehensive migration strategy including data mapping system integration and customizations ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the migration process including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) into Dynamics CRM.
- Ensure that Dynamics CRM is configured and customized to meet specific business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into Dynamics CRM functional designs.
- Implement best practices for data governance security and performance within Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with development testing and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including code reviews troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Support user training and postmigration support to ensure a smooth transition and system adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365) development and architecture.
- Proven experience in leading migration projects from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture including modules like Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service etc.
- Experience with data migration tools such as Scribe SSIS or custom ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of legacy systems (e.g. onpremise CRM systems homegrown solutions) and how they can be mapped to Dynamics CRM.
- Expertise in Dynamics CRM configuration customizations workflows plugins and integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure services related to Dynamics 365 such as Azure Logic Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with APIs and thirdparty integration tools to facilitate smooth migration and system integrations.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent.
- Experience working with cloudbased migration strategies and understanding of hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for CRM solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
