Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record of over 5 years in Multisite Fresh Food Retail management Our Client we are actively seeking a dedicated Fresh Food Area Manager to oversee and elevate the overall Fresh Food performance of our stores. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership effective team management and a keen focus on enhancing the stores efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the instore teams emphasizing efficiency quality and standardized procedures for food preparation handling and storage.
- Support Deli managers when/where needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards conducting regular quality checks for consistent excellence.
- Stay updated on local health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Foster a collaborative spirit among deli staff providing ongoing coaching and supporting continuous learning and improvement.
- Adapt to market changes implementing strategies to stay competitive.
- Develop and conduct training programs for deli management and staff on food preparation safety and customer service.
- Implement a strategic approach to deli sales considering market trends and customer preferences.
- Analyse sales data adjusting strategies to meet evolving business goals with Deli manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multisite Fresh Food management or a related field.
- Indepth understanding of food safety and hygiene standards with a commitment to staying current on local health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in training and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs for deli staff on food preparation safety and customer service.
- Flexibility to travel is mandatory.
- Must have full clean driving license (Mandatory)
