Job Description
Job Summary: Provide pharmaceutical services for the hospital including but not limited to interpreting provider prescriptions and medication orders dispensing prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals ensuring that quality and compliance standards are met.
NonBillable Orientation: 8hrs
Holiday OT Multipliers: 1.25%
Requirement description :
- 2 years current CRITICAL ACCESS/RURAL HOSPITAL experience required
- Previous travel preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle. Public transport is not available in this area (Uber Lyft Bus etc) required
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed
