Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract (C2C)
Note: Local Candidates Required:
This position requires a local presence due to onsite work components.

Must take a PL/SQL test as the first step of the process because we have to submit it to the client. I will talk to them after they take the assessment.

Position Overview:
As an Oracle PL/SQL Backend Developer you will be responsible for creating and maintaining backend software in Oracle PL/SQL. You will collaborate with senior developers and internal teams participate in requirements analysis and provide ongoing production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to produce highquality software.
- Participate in requirements analysis and interpret business requirement documents.
- Write clean scalable and functional code; perform unit testing; prepare applications for deployment to production.
- Fix defects in legacy code and improve existing software.
- Work with source control on multiple simultaneous branches.
- Provide thirdtier support to the help desk on assigned weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertlevel experience as a PL/SQL Application Developer using Toad and SQL Plus.
- Ability to create views packages functions and stored procedures in PL/SQL.
- Proficient in working with collections and asynchronous processes.
- Ability to interpret execution plans and optimize queries/functions.
- Experience in creating complex DML and debugging as needed.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
