- Liaise independently with local office suppliers
- Drafting and translation of documents from/to German English Russian
- petty cash management and reporting
- prepare presentations reports and tables
- Conference hotels reservation flights
- Organisation of events
- Welcoming visitors assist onsite guests
- Correspondences and other formal documents (in English German Russian)
- business expense management
- credit card invoice checking
- welcoming and assisting new team members
Requirements
- some years of experience in similar position
- Knowledge of local administration practices and regulations
