Job Title: Project Manager (Health Domain exp)

Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• Lead and manage large IT software projects ensuring successful project delivery exceeding $5M in value.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning execution resource management risk management and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices standards and frameworks.
• Monitor project progress track key milestones and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
• Mitigate project risks ensuring timely identification assessment and resolution of issues.
• Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

• experience managing large IT software projects each exceeding $5M in value.
• Proven track record of delivering largescale projects on time within scope and within budget.
• Strong project management skills including resource planning budgeting risk management and stakeholder communication.
• PMP Certification is required.

• experience working in the Healthcare or Public Health sectors.
• experience managing projects with Texas project management frameworks or standards.
• Familiarity with Texas state regulations procedures and compliance requirements for IT projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex project details to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
