Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (Health Domain exp)
Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage large IT software projects ensuring successful project delivery exceeding $5M in value.
- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning execution resource management risk management and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices standards and frameworks.
- Monitor project progress track key milestones and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Manage project budgets ensuring effective use of resources and cost control.
- Mitigate project risks ensuring timely identification assessment and resolution of issues.
- Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
- experience managing large IT software projects each exceeding $5M in value.
- Proven track record of delivering largescale projects on time within scope and within budget.
- Strong project management skills including resource planning budgeting risk management and stakeholder communication.
- PMP Certification is required.
- experience working in the Healthcare or Public Health sectors.
- experience managing projects with Texas project management frameworks or standards.
- Familiarity with Texas state regulations procedures and compliance requirements for IT projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex project details to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
