Job Description
Job Title: Product owner/Business Analyst
Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a Business Analyst and Product Owner working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.
- Lead and manage software applicationrelated projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather document and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications.
- Perform and oversee systems testing (Unit Integration and UAT) to ensure the quality of the software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data supporting decisionmaking and troubleshooting application issues.
- Work in an Agile environment participating in sprints backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Business Analyst experience with proven success in managing softwarerelated projects.
- experience in a Product Owner role overseeing product development and feature prioritization.
- experience in software applicationrelated projects with a deep understanding of software development processes.
- experience with SQL including querying data analysis and troubleshooting.
- experience with systems testing (Unit Integration UAT).
- experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies including experience working in an Agile team environment.
- experience in Project and/or Product Management leading crossfunctional teams and delivering projects on time.
- experience with Case Management systems.
- experience with Jira for managing project tasks user stories and sprint activities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across crossfunctional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in systems testing methodologies.
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment with familiarity in tools like Jira
