Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management)
Location: Baton Rouge LA (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Fulltime multiyear contract and is hybrid in Baton Rouge LA 50% of hours a month will be onsite and other 50% will be remote.
- This job is for an RFP so feedback may take a little bit.
- Each supplier can submit 2 resumes each if your candidate gets rejected then you would be able to submit additional.
- As the Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) you will be responsible for developing project plans communicating progress collaborating with teams and continuously improving program management processes
Job Description:
- The Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) will provide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management ensuring alignment with operational strategies and effective project .
- This position is fulltime hybrid and a longterm contract.
What Youll Do:
- Provide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management
- Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results
- Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies
- Develop project plans and schedules including resource allocation timelines and budgets
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders including senior management
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards
- Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices
- Provide daytoday support for ongoing processes
- Work in needed areas to provide application support for the agencys workload demands
What Youll Need Required:
- Ability to develop detailed project plans allocate resources and manage timelines and budgets
- Strong communication ss to effectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program and project goals
- Indepth knowledge of program management processes and standards with a commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement
- Experience providing daytoday support and making informed decisions to drive results in alignment with operational strategies
- Strong problemsolving ss to address challenges and ensure program and project goals are met
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
- SAP Materials Management (MM)
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
Desired:
- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- SAP Mobile
Physical Demands:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
