Job Description
- BS Civil Engineering graduate with license;
- Must have a drivers license and can drive a manual car.
- With at least 45 yrs. experience in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Can handle and supervise manpower onsite;
- Computer Literate; Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Using project management tools to plan timeframes
- Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
- Planning contingency programs in case timeframes change
- Meeting with contractors and suppliers
- Demonstrating knowledge of construction
- Working between offices and construction sites.
- Any other adhoc projects and duties as required by the management.
Requirements
- A Junior Licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant experience preferably from the Construction industry
- With background in cost estimates
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday within Quezon City
- Flexible can work with minimum supervision under pressure
