This is a remote position.
Job Title:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our team to support global trade management and ensure compliance with customs regulations and export control. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of SAP GTS strong configuration experience and expertise in the areas of compliance management customs management and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation configuration and customization of SAP GTS solutions to meet the business needs of global trade and compliance.
yze and manage global trade processes including import and export management duty calculation and trade preferences.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules (such as SD MM and FI) and external systems.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations including export control customs declarations and restricted party screening.
Provide expertise in risk management product clification and trade preference programs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements develop solutions and provide support.
Conduct testing user training and postimplementation support for SAP GTS functionalities.
Stay updated on trade compliance laws and regulations and ensure system compliance accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
5 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and configuration.
Indepth knowledge of SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management Customs Management and Risk Management.
Strong understanding of global trade processes including export/import management tariff calculation and duty management.
Experience integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules (SD MM FI) and thirdparty systems.
Knowledge of international trade compliance regulations including restricted party screening export controls and customs doentation.
Experience in trade preference programs and product clification (e.g. HTS codes).
Excellent problemsolving ss with the ability to trouble complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Ss:
SAP certification in GTS or related modules.
Experience with S/4HANA implementation for SAP GTS.
Experience working in industries with high global trade volume such as manufacturing logistics or consumer goods.
Project management experience in SAP GTS deployments.
