Technical Troubleing
- Apply in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and regulations to accurately identify issues
- Conduct root cause ysis and quick troubleing to determine the most appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on product specifications and common issues
Customer Communication
- Proactively contact customers to discuss claim details and proposed solutions
- Clearly explain technical issues and resolution decisions to customers
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism, especially when dealing with upset customers
- Diffuse tense situations calmly and professionally
