Job Description
We are working with a fintech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Engineering Manager to join their Singapore team.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong technical and people management ss. Youll lead two scrum teams developing backend and frontend services for millions of users driving innovation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor engineers oversee software project .
- Set technical direction participate in coding and code reviews.
- Foster collaboration across teams and enforce coding standards.
- Guide the team in building scalable reliable applications and promote test automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Proficiency in highperformance applications; Golang experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with distributed systems OKR framework and balancing product/engineering goals.
- Strong communication and strategic decisionmaking ss.
