Job Description
Provide presentations reports statistics metrics and ysis of services provided by Network Services.
Receive process present data and information from our weekly Helix datasets which are provided from another I&O division.
Responsibilities:
- Extrapolate datasets from Service Desk Support Team and prepare using appropriate algorithm tools.
- Ability to obtain and report data ysis of datasets.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss data ysis of workloads and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal ss.
Ss Experience and Education:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Organization and Prioritization ss are Mandatory
- Understanding CRISPDM process model
- Ability to follow the steps for a data mining project
- Business Understanding
- Data understanding
- Data preparation
- Modeling
- Evaluation
- Deployment
Communication and Interpersonal ss are Mandatory
Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment are Required
Minimum 13 years experience with PBI R IBM SPSS and/or Tableau
Minimum 35 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is Required
Minimum 23 years experience with DevOPs is Preferred
Minimum 35 years experience with Remedy/Helix is Required
Minimum 35 years working within a Telecommunications environment is Preferred
Minimum 35 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is Required
Minimum 35 years work experience with multiple network platforms is Preferred
Minimum 35 years working with multiple network lines of service is Required
Minimum 5 years dealing with customers is Required
