What you will do:

• Lead the design development and deployment of scalable software solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers fostering a collaborative growth environment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality features and systems.
• Design and maintain robust backend services APIs and frontend components.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement of processes.

What you bring & who you are:

• 10 years of fullstack software development experience in production environments.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and frontend technologies (HTML CSS responsive design).
• Proficiency in backend web frameworks (Django Ruby on Rails FastAPI ASP.NET Core).
• Strong knowledge of system design microservices and eventdriven architectures.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
• Strong Linux ss including scripting and system management.
