We are looking for a highly sed and motivated Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a technical leader you will play a key role in the development and of impactful projects that shape the future of our software. Your responsibilities will span across guiding engineers driving technical innovation and ensuring our software solutions remain cuttingedge.
What you will do:
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and support engineers fostering a collaborative growth environment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality features and systems.
- Design and maintain robust backend services APIs and frontend components.
- Identify and resolve performance issues in frontend and backend systems.
- Ensure best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement of processes.
What you bring & who you are:
- 10 years of fullstack software development experience in production environments.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and frontend technologies (HTML CSS responsive design).
- Proficiency in backend web frameworks (Django Ruby on Rails FastAPI ASP.NET Core).
- Strong knowledge of system design microservices and eventdriven architectures.
- Experience with container technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
- Strong Linux ss including scripting and system management.
