What awaits you:
- On a day to day basis you will collaborate with the support as well as development organization investigating technical anomalies reported by our customers.
- Together with the 3rd level team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting our customers and the technical departments.
- For technical matters such as inquiries around the bexio API the 3rd level team facilitates the communication directly with customers.
- You will work in a modern environment driven by continuous improvement and be given the opportunity to bring in your ideas to further optimize and automate the daily business.

- Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.
- The technical stack around LINUX GIT MySQL PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
