Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years current ICU experience Required
- Travel experience Highly preferred
- Work History
- Ss Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Nursys ACLS BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact RN license MUST be inhand at upload!
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend & holiday rotation required
On Call Requirements : No call
