Medical Office Ear Nose & Throat
Effective Immediately You MUST include your agency Hew Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing Monadnock Community Hospital submissions. This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary needs. Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years current office/clinic ENT experience Required
- Travel experience highly preferred
- All population experience Highly preferred
- Work History
- Ss Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications MUST be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact Must be in hand upon submission
Weekend Requirements : None/ Holidays as needed
On Call Requirements : None
