Job Description
Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital is looking for Lo Physiatrist (PM&R) to provide INPATIENT coverage as soon as credentialed.
- Practice Setting: InptMTS Floorwork on Unit
- Reason for Coverage: gaps while we recruit outgoing provider and while another provider has LOA
- Dates of Coverage: Desired clinical Start August 12th for 3 6month ignment
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 4
- Will Other Physicians Provide Coverage During Los Coverage Dates yes
- How Many MidLevels Provide Coverage 3
- Office Ancillary Staff: full compliment
- Will the Lo be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: yes
- Number of Exam Rooms: # of beds on unit totalapprox mid 20s
- What % of the Practice is Adult Geriatric Pediatric OB 99% adult Adolescent less than 1%
- Number of Patients Per Day: mid 20s
- Facility Description of Surgical Services: 24 Hour AvailabilityGeneral Neuro CT Ortho Vascular at STF
- Lab is 24Hours Available
- Anesthesia Department is 24Hours Available
- Doentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: non trauma center and non emergent care inpt unit
- Provider Must be Local Only Mileage is Reimbursed
- Credentialing timeline: 4560 days
- Discharge Summary/Med Rec
- Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings
- Weekly Care Plan Doentation
- Pre Admission Screening Review and Doentation per CMS Guidelines
- Prescribing Narcotics
- PAPE/H & P
- Stroke
- Amputations
- TBI
Requirement description :
